THE CREATION OF SHORE SHAPE
Launched in June 2019, SHORE SHAPE is a gym facility run by personal trainer and performer, Jonathan Blaine Shore. It offers its clients a private, fully equipped training facility, with expert one-on-one personal training, with a highly curated and personalised methodology to suit the client’s individual needs and goals. SHORE SHAPE’s ultimate mission is not only to motivate its clients, but to educate them, and allow them to become empowered through this knowledge to not only physically, but mentally inspire themselves and others to realise their own potential.

WHAT MAKES SHORE SHAPE DIFFERENT?

It encompasses a combination of my own, completely natural and self-taught 5 year training journey, and integrates this with the latest, scientifically-based training research, regimes, styles and nutritional knowledge that I have gleaned over these years.”
SHORE SHAPE’s goal is not to keep its clientele ignorant, as many trainers do, in order to keep them for years. It aims to empower, educate and motivate the individual to one day be able to take the knowledge and skills learned and integrate it on their own, and use the personal journey they experienced as a way to live a healthier, more active life that they truly enjoy.
All of SHORE SHAPE’s training structures are developed with not only the well-being of the individual in mind, but also utilising athletic-based training. This means that a major element of training at Shore Shape is that, no matter what your goals may be, the emphasis will always be on how to train like an athlete would – in a way that simultaneously protects and strengthens your body. This in no way means you have to be (or aspire to be) an athlete to train, it just means that the fundamental principles of athletic training are integrated into SHORE SHAPE, so as to ensure you are gaining the most effective, and safest, training information. SHORE SHAPE is not the a quick-fix, conventional approach to training that many of you may have either witnessed or experienced first-hand. It is, at its very core, an overall ethos of healthy living, so that you’re not just training to ‘look better’, but also training to truly feel better within your own body
